Ohio

These downloadable Ohio Rental Property Management Forms allow you to prepare rental contracts, leases, tenant notices and applications quickly and easily.

Ohio laws require property managers to be licensed real estate brokers if they engage in any leasing or renting activities. However, property owners managing their own properties are not required to have a broker's license.

Applicants must complete an extensive body of courses, including financial management, business law, and applied business economics, and must have a minimum of two years of post-secondary education (or equivalent). They must also have at least two years of active experience as a real estate salesperson within the 5 years prior to applying for their license.
