Queensland Notice to Remedy Breach

If a landlord or tenant in Queensland has breached the terms of the tenancy agreement, the other party can serve this Notice to Remedy Breach Form 11.

  • This form can be used by the lessor, the agent or the tenant.
  • The party giving notice notifies the defaulting party that it has breached one or more of the terms of the tenancy, and specifies a date by which the breach must be remedied.
  • The form includes instructions as to how the Notice must be completed and served on the defaulting party.
