Montana 3 Day Notice to Tenant of Breach of Rental Agreement

Montana landlords, if you have a tenant who is in breach of a certain condition of the rental agreement, serve him/her with this 3 Day Notice to Tenant of Breach of Rental Agreement, in accordance with the Landlord and Tenant Act.

This breach should ONLY BE USED for a breach of the rental agreement arising from:

• unauthorized persons residing in the premises,
• an unauthorized pet, or
• damage to the rental premises caused by the tenant or his/her guests.

The tenant is required to remedy the breach within 3 days or the landlord will terminate the rental agreement. A Service of Notice form is included, to record the details of service.
